Product
AI visibility tracking, in plain English.
SearchVis asks the six big AI engines the questions your buyers ask, every week, and records whether they name you. When they name a competitor instead, it shows you the exact pages that competitor was named from, and what to publish to get named yourself.
Coverage
Six engines, one scoreboard
ChatGPT
OpenAI, with web search
Perplexity
Sonar
Google AI Overviews
the answer box above Google results
Gemini
Google, with grounded search
Claude
Anthropic, with web search
Grok
xAI, with live search
Every answer is saved in full, with the sources the engine cited. Nothing is a score you have to take on faith. You can always open the answer and read it.
What it measures
Five numbers, each one explained
Visibility
How often you get named. Out of every 100 AI answers about your category, the share that mention you by name.
Position
Where you land in the list. Being named first is worth far more than being named fifth.
Citations
Whether the engine linked to your website as its source, not just mentioned you.
Sources
The exact pages the engine read before answering. This is where the answer actually comes from.
Share of voice
Your slice of all the brand mentions in your category, against the competitors you name.
How it works
Four steps, then it runs itself
STEP 01
It reads your website
SearchVis scrapes your site, classifies what you actually sell, and has a second model red-team that classification before anything runs. A wrong read here would poison every number downstream.
STEP 02
It writes your buying questions
Not keywords. Full questions a customer would type into ChatGPT, in your category and your area, plus the competitors you should be measured against.
STEP 03
It asks every engine, on a schedule
Each question goes to all six engines. Answers, cited sources and brand mentions are stored so you can compare this week to last.
STEP 04
It hands you the next move
The Content Gaps board turns the misses into a short, ordered list of what to publish, with the question it would win and the competitor it would take it from.
Scope
What SearchVis does not do
Stated plainly, because a tool that hides its edges wastes your time later.
- ·SearchVis measures and prioritizes. It does not auto-publish content to your site.
- ·It does not estimate how much traffic or revenue AI referrals sent you. It reports whether you were named and cited.
- ·The free Scout tier runs two engines, not all six.
- ·Answers vary between runs. SearchVis reports a rate across many answers rather than a single verdict from one question.
Pricing
Three tiers, starting at free
Questions
Common questions
What is SearchVis?
SearchVis is an AI search visibility tracker that checks every day whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude and Grok name your business when buyers ask for a recommendation, shows which competitors get named instead, and gives you the specific page to publish to win the mention.
How does SearchVis track AI visibility?
You give SearchVis your website. It reads the site, works out what you sell and who you compete with, and writes the buying questions your customers would actually type. It then asks those questions on six AI engines on a schedule, saves the full answer text plus the sources each engine cited, and records which brands were named and in what order.
How is this different from a keyword rank tracker?
A rank tracker tells you where your page sits in a list of blue links. AI engines do not return a list of links, they return a short list of names. SearchVis measures whether you are one of those names, which is a different question with a different answer.
Does SearchVis show why a competitor gets named instead of me?
Yes. Every answer is stored with the sources the engine read before writing it. When a competitor is named and you are not, you can open the answer and see the exact pages the engine trusted, which is almost always a third-party review or list post rather than the competitor's own website.
Who is SearchVis for?
Small and mid-sized businesses that get customers through recommendations, and the agencies that serve them. It is built so a non-technical owner can read the dashboard without training. Every metric carries a plain-English explanation.
How often does it check?
Daily during your first week so you get a reading fast, then weekly on an ongoing basis. Paid tiers get tighter confidence from a larger sample of answers.
